We record the name, contact details, language, message and property you submit so the HomeNarra team can respond to your request and arrange the next step. A campaign code attached to your enquiry identifies the property film or promotional link that brought you here.

我们记录你提交的姓名、联系方式、语言、留言及关联房源，以便 HomeNarra 团队处理需求并安排下一步。询盘中的推广代码用于识别你所浏览的影片或推广链接。

Who can see it / 谁能查看

Enquiries and internal notes are available to authorised managers and the assigned sales advisor. Property sellers do not receive your private enquiry notes or contact records through their property dashboard. A verified account can retrieve enquiries submitted with the same email address.

询盘及内部跟进记录仅供获授权的管理人员与负责销售顾问查看。卖方的房源面板不会显示你的私人询盘备注或联系记录。验证邮箱后的账户可关联同一邮箱提交的咨询。

Documents and accounts / 文件与账户

Client documents, issued versions and signed evidence are access controlled. Email sign-in, email delivery and AI processing use the connected providers only when those services have been configured. Information submitted to an enquiry is not used to generate an AI answer automatically.

客户文件、发放版本及签署凭据设有访问权限。邮箱登录、邮件发送及 AI 处理仅在相应服务接入后使用供应商处理；提交询盘不会自动将内容用于 AI 回答。

Your choices / 你的选择

Property marketing updates are optional and separate from replying to your enquiry. Campaign visit counting is also optional. The site remembers your chosen interface language on your device; campaign attribution does not require a marketing opt-in.

接收房源营销资讯与本次咨询回复分开选择。推广访问统计同样可选择拒绝。网站在设备上记住你选择的界面语言；询盘来源归因不以订阅营销资讯为条件。

Contact and requests / 联系及资料请求

Contact the HomeNarra team to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw optional marketing consent. Explain your request and provide the email used for the enquiry so the team can verify it. The completed client Privacy Notice and Marketing Preferences document identifies the contracting entity and the applicable retention and contact details for a formal instruction.

你可以联系 HomeNarra 团队提出查阅、更正、删除资料或撤回营销同意的请求，并提供咨询时使用的邮箱供团队核实。正式委托所附、经填写的《客户隐私通知及营销偏好》会列明签约主体，以及适用的保存期限和联系方式。
